A 10ft refrigerated container (reefer) is the smallest ISO-compliant temperature-controlled shipping container available in Australia. It is the ideal solution when you need cold or frozen storage in tight spaces where a standard 20ft container will not fit.

Our 10ft reefers can maintain internal temperatures from as low as -40°C up to +30°C, depending on the model and refrigeration unit. They are portable, secure, and easy to clean.

 Please note: Single‑phase 10ft reefers are designed for coolroom operation (temperatures down to approx. +1°C) and are not intended for deep freezing. Always confirm the temperature range with our sales team before purchasing.

All used containers are repainted (standard colours: white or light grey) and tested before delivery.

Warranty Information (Compliant with Google Merchant Policies)

We clearly distinguish between new and used containers. No misleading warranty claims are made.

New Containers

• 5‑year machinery warranty from the manufacturer (Thermo King, Carrier, etc.), calculated from the date of manufacture – not from the date of sale.

• Prime Trailers Australia is an authorised warranty service provider for major brands.

• Full warranty terms are provided in writing before purchase.

Used Containers

• 3‑month spare parts warranty from the date of purchase (not delivery).

• Coverage: If a part becomes defective during the warranty period, we supply the replacement spare part free of charge.

• The warranty does not cover: labour, travel expenses, on‑site repairs, or replacement parts installation.

• All used containers undergo a PTI (Pre‑Trip Inspection) and are tested by qualified technicians before sale.

Important Restrictions (Transparency Required by Google Merchant)

•  Not suitable for ocean freight alone – Minimum ocean freight size is 20ft. A 10ft container can only be shipped by sea when attached to another 10ft unit or as mixed cargo.

•  All containers have a valid CSC plate and are ISO compliant.

•  Suitable for land use: events, construction, farms, storage facilities, hospitality.

Delivery & Lead Times (Australia)

• Delivery time: Approximately 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location in Australia and current stock.

• Adding accessories (side doors, custom paint, etc.): adds approximately 1 to 3 weeks to lead time.

• Delivery costs are calculated separately based on distance, accessibility, and crane/tilt‑tray requirements. A firm delivery quote is provided in writing before you commit to purchase.
